Update! 3.10.2008 - Hypnotiq Racing's EDR built Suzuki GSX-R 750 is ready to rock for the 2008 WMRRA/OMRRA season!!!

I would like to personally thank Eric Dorn and his kickass crew (Gary, Chris, Gwynne, and Poo) for building me a kick ass Suzuki GSX-R 750 to race this season in WMRRA & OMRRA. The attention to detail and the personal touches across the board done by Eric & crew were top notch. The quick shifter bracket Gary made for me to easily disconnect for SS, the bracket for my fuel map/TC switch to easily switch between the GT260 and the ProV1 (Eric was kind enough to give me the $25/gal option in case I wanted to go chase the fast guys. ;))

Eric did a great job at taking care of everything that I needed. I gave him a long list of everything I needed for the bike and he took care of making sure it all arrived in time to get my bike to me by the day I needed it. He even saved me extra $ I would have spent on a Ti system by saying it wasn't worth the return. Also the recommendation on the Spiegler custom 3 piece lines, I've never felt brakes so rock solid. I might be able to stop my bike this year.

Eric really does a great job of looking out for his customers. Of course there are parts I could have gotten cheaper out there by going to some internet based company that doesn't have to price in overhead costs but I would rather support local businesses that are there for you when you need something today and are at the race track supporting the racers on race days and track days!!

I can be a bit impatient when I'm excited to get something in my hands and Eric handled my occasional text message checking in on how my bike was coming along in stride. He had my bike ready to take home on the day he promised. :) I know he has been working a lot of tireless nights the last few weeks as race season comes upon us so to see him still deliver impressed me. THANKS!

Also, I cannot thank Ryan Lind of Orion Moto enough. The paint job the man did on my bike is above and beyond what I could ever expect/imagine. I'm truly amazed at the quality of work and attention to detail. I gave him a photoshopped file of what I was thinking and he delivered beyond my expectations. It REALLY is too pretty to be a race bike. :)

I fired the bike up in the garage yesterday morning and let it warm up. After it warmed up, I gave it a few pulls. Afterwards, Jen came out to the garage and asked if that was my bike (as if the smile on my face didn't give it away). She said it sounded freaking awesome! :) I cannot wait to get this bike out on the track on the 19th of March for the first NESBA track day of the year.

I had the bike on display at the WMRRA NRS Classroom session yesterday and there was plenty of talk about the work Ryan did and all the little things EDR did to my bike.

I know everyone wants pictures but those will have to wait till this weekend...sorry.

Thanks again Eric and the rest of the EDR Crew! Hopefully I'll take your awesome work and do something good with it this year and make you proud.
